Majestic Memories $600.00 Majestic Memories prewedding planning is designed for the couple that is “to busy” or “just not sure of what to do.” Services include: · Location and selection of ceremony and reception venues.
· Arrange hotel accommodation for out-of-town guests.
· Selection of attire and accessories for wedding party.
· Assistance with rehearsal dinner arrangements and invitations.
· Research, recommend and manage service vendors.
· Review and manage vendor contracts.
· Schedule appointments and attend joint meetings with service vendors.
· Confirm vendor commitment with follow-up phone calls and letters.
· Liaison to vendors to oversee provision of contracted services.
· Wedding day itinerary of detailed vendor information.
· Advice on wedding etiquette and protocol, and how to save money.

Precious Moments is designed for the couple that has planned and researched everything for their wedding, but needs assistance to make sure your special day is perfect and worry free.
Manage Service Vendors
· Serve as liaison to ceremony and reception vendors to ensure delivery of contracted services.
· Manage contracts and confirm vendor commitments with follow-up phone calls and letters.
Coordinate Rehearsal & Ceremony
· Coordinate ceremony details and needs for service with church official and officiant.
· Coordinate the roles, processional, and recessional of your wedding party.
· Coordinate music arrangements with the musicians/soloists/chorus, etc.
· Ensure ceremony site is clean and orderly.
· Pin corsages and boutonnieres on attendants.
